Such a proud big sister!
Violet took this photo of Lucille. I love how she's looking right at the camera. This was yesterday, still with IV in place.
This is the big girl without her IV!The nurse removed Lucille's IV this morning! At this point she is no longer receiving any medicine or treatment. (Other than a little mylicon and butt paste here and there!) I think we should be out of here by tomorrow or Monday.... they are simply watching now to make sure that she continues to show more and more signs of hunger. She is eating well and has started really getting angry when we take too long to feed her.
Hopefully the next time I update this blog it will be to say that Lucille is finally coming home...
